Leoni, the leading provider of cables and cable systems to the automotive sector and other industries, performed even better in the second quarter of 2011 than in the already very good first quarter. Both divisions grew more strongly than expected, underpinned by the heavy demand from the automotive and capital goods industries as well as the Company’s successful strategy of internationalisation.
