My name is Helge Billengren, a Swedish national, serving a jail term in Saudi Arabia, having been framed up by a nephew of Late Rafik Bahaa Hariri,a Lebanese self-made billionaire , business Man, and 3 times Prime Minister of Lebanon (1992-1998 and

Rafik was my employer for 19 good years from May 1988, while I was in Sweden , (moved to his company Oger International in Saudi Arabia on his orders in July 1993), where I worked with him as a special assistant until his death in February 14, 2005.

I feel quite safe reaching you through this medium, I am very restricted being in jail, but have the liberty to check my mails at least once a day from the prisons welfare office except on Fridays.

I was very close to Rafik, and he really trusted me, he was generally a very kind man, and did so much to enhance my life, one other thing worthy of mention is that throughout the time I worked and traveled with Rafik, he was never bothered about the fact that I was a christian, and him a Muslim, and never tried to convert me, he even bought me bible gifts on 2 occasions, and used to read christian books sometimes. But a few weeks after his death, Farouk and some of Rafik’s relatives broke into my apartment and removed my private documents and books, and burnt everything that related to Christianity, and said the only condition I will be allowed to stay in the apartment was by denouncing Christianity, which I vehemently refused, and that was where my problem started, and not more than 15 days from then, he framed me up in a case of Rape that never was, and the said victim or my accused happens to be a lady I have never met in my life before, and was just used to rope me into this situation I have found myself. I still have 5 years to go, but I have to do everything possible to safeguard my future.

I have some information I will like to share with you, and trust that you will keep that to yourself.
