I want to know about low vlotage cables. And they are manufactured in category like LV power and control cable….Apart from size , is there any major difference in manufacturing process in power and control cable.

When cables are laid on trays inside the concrete trench below substations (under Panels), what all derating factors shall be considered? For example to size cable from 2.5MVA transformer to 415V LV switchboard with isntallation plan of laying single core cables of 630 or 1000mm2 in trefoil form on trays inside the covered concrete trench.
