Birtaş Cable which was established in 1983 is one of Turkey’s leadingcable producers taking into account some major facrors such as its quality, production capacity, product range, market share and exports to name a few.
The company headquarters is located in Karaköy which has been the heart of the electrical industry. The ground floor of the headquarters functions as a showroom and factory direct retail store.
Birtaş Cable’ sproduction is made in its facilities that cover an area of 15.000 m2 of which 7000m2 are closed that are located in Silivri and are equipped with high tech machinery and a personel of over 100 persons that work in shifts.
The types of cables that are included in the production program fall under eleven categories: control, data, security and sound, coaxial, communication, installation and energy, instrumentation, silicon, ship and yatch non halogenic and specialty cables.
Today, Birtaş Cable, certified with ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems, German VDE, Russian GOST-R, CE and TSE product quality management systems exports directly and indirectly to more than 20 countries under its on brand name.
